The University of Winnipeg’s Department of Theatre and Film presented The Weight of Ants by David Paquet and translated by Leanna Brodie in February 2026. It was performed by the Acting III: Honours class and directed by faculty member Hope McIntyre. The show integrated environmentally sustainable practices to reflect its exploration of youth dealing with global climate anxiety.
